The Program Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day assistance with business operations such as scheduling appointments, providing reports, coordinating events and assistance with clerical work and minor administrative and business detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining Executive e-mail.
  • Weekly reporting of data and metrics.
  • Tracking of projects, programs and team activities.
  • Coordinates Executives schedules and makes appointments, meetings and travel arrangements, including managing calendar.
  • Works with team to maintain client relationships.
  • Assists with authoring RFP responses and critical client communications.
  • Prepares and provides follow-up correspondence.
  • Manage and prepare expense reports.
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities including team events, special programs and projects..
  • Ensures monthly awards are distributed in a timely manner.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
  • Minimum of 1- 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential to the position.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suites, in particular Excel and Outlook.
  • Positively influence relationships and internal workflow.
  • Demonstrate teamwork behavior.
  • Excels in a fast paced ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrates the ability to think analytically and strategically.
