We are currently looking to add a Major Account Supply Representative to our team based in Twin Falls. The successful candidate will be dependable, have strong interpersonal skills, able to manage multiple tasks, highly organized, and a team player.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Travel throughout the Magic Valley providing customer service
  •  Training of customers on products and company processes
  •  Collects meters from current customer equipment
  •  Manages toner and parts inventory for the Twin Falls branch office
  •  Processes supply/parts orders though Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (E-Automate)
  •  Delivery of supply/parts orders to current customers
  •  Monitors customer toner usage through a diagnostic application
  •  Facilitating the delivery of new products, equipment moves, lease end pick-ups and shipments
  •  Selling supplies to current customers and prospecting for new customers
  •  Generate leads for new copier and print management opportunities (live visits and tele-prospecting)
  •  Assist with setting sales appointments with potential customers 
  •  Assist with Front Desk responsibilities
  •  Must have a valid Idaho State driver's license, appropriate insurance coverage, and a good driving history
  •  Other duties as assigned
