We need a Corporate Recruiter who knows their stuff.

We are currently looking to add a Corporate Recruiter to our team based in Bellevue, WA. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. You'll focus on finding great active and passive candidates on job boards, using social media, and identifying networking activities such as attending career fairs, and professional meetings.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of open positions including developing recruiting strategies, sourcing, screening and interviewing of applicants for all level positions
  • Researches and qualifies prospects
  • Manages advertising resources including job boards such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other job boards, and company's ATS
  • Constantly maintain strong pipeline of qualified candidates resulting in a steady flow of hires to meet the staffing plan
  • Responsible for the achievement of staffing quotas
  • Writes and post advertisements to market open positions
  • Must be able to employ creative recruiting techniques including internet ad placement and resume searches, job fairs, college recruiting, referrals, networking, and cold calling/direct sourcing of passive candidates.
  • Makes hiring recommendations and negotiates job offers
  • Continues to develop university recruiting strategies; Participates in college job fairs; Develop relationships with colleges/universities'
  • Uses company CRM (ATS) for identifying and tracking prospects
  • Timely fills open opportunities through outstanding follow-up and closing techniques
  • Maintains strong recruiting results in a team environment
  • High volume scheduling of interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and executives.
  • Coordinates all aspects of pre-employment requirements, including background screening, drug testing, and motor vehicle reports
  • Travels to other offices and events as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

 Here is what we are looking for:

  • 2 or more years' experience with full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in sales recruiting
  • Ability to manage multiple diverse openings
  • Ability to identify trends in the hiring process, and quickly address possible changes in recruiting strategy as a result
  • Must have a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism in appearance, communication style and customer service
  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of hiring laws and processes essential
