We are seeking a Supply Representatives to join our team in Bellevue, Washington.

The Supply Representative is comprised of a team that supports our service department. This position ensures that the correct supplies are delivered in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Must be comfortable in a fast paced customer focused environment and possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to multi-task.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally communicates with the customer while locating account information in E-Automate.
  • Reviews customer's order history, identifies the current and/or reoccurring problem(s), manages and then resolves issues in timely manner.
  • Verifies customer's information, equipment, physical location, and status of current contract.
  • Offers customer with options for delivery, such as will-call or courier if requires immediately.
  • Otherwise, provides tracking number as order confirmation with timeframe of expected delivery (anticipated delays, backorder status, etc.).
  • Assesses the customer's balance and coordinates with Accounts Receivable before submitting order if account has restrictions.
  • Coordinates ongoing with the Administrative Department to identify past due accounts from service and/or supply requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills and good team member
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good communication, both verbal and written
  • 2 + years of experience working in a customer focused role.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Demonstrates teamwork behavior.
