The Contract Billing Representative is an essential component to the administrative team. In this position, attention to detail and customer service are key with main responsibilities including contract setup/billing, processing upgrades/changes/credits for existing contracts, entering client information into customized database, and maintaining various spreadsheets.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set-up new maintenance contracts.
  • Process any changes to existing maintenance contracts.
  • Process cancellations of maintenance contracts.
  • Maintain spreadsheet daily for all new, upgraded and cancelled contracts.
  • Helps audit new maintenance contracts and/or any changes made to existing contracts.
  • Work with electronic meter collection software FM Audit.
  • Enter meter readings as needed.
  • Monitor missing meter report.
  • Prepare custom spreadsheet invoices.
  • Maintain custom billing spreadsheets when equipment is taken off/added to contract in E-Automate.
  • Research, write, and process credits related to contracts.
  • Prepare account review information for sales department.
  • Prepare amendments for changes to existing contracts for sales department.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience in contract billing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites, in particular Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management are essential.
  • Must be customer focused.
  • Demonstrates teamwork behavior.
  • E-Automate experience preferred.
