The Production Print Sales Specialist supports the major accounts and/ or regional sales team as a product expert on Digital High Volume Production Systems for BOE, A Xerox Company. Cultivating new business as well as managing growing client's businesses, this position requires an individual that can utilize the power of Xerox and customize what we can offer for business solutions. As a Production Print Sales Specialist, you would be conducting business analysts to determine what digital printing engines, workflow management software, and support services is right for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:


• Support sales team throughout eligible Production Print accounts.
• Conduct business analysis (site survey, customer meetings, financial analysts, discuss customer's future growth, etc.) to determine appropriate products, services, software, etc. needed and that every proposal is customized for each customer.
• Deliver influential sale proposals/ presentations that reflect customer's needs for now and future growth.
• Develop new opportunities with current and future clients.
• Database tracking and logging of activities with accounts.
• Ability to identify, manage, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent strategic solutions selling skills to resolve difficult problems.
• Maintains a broad perspective, such as being able to identify key issues and contribute ideas to process improvements.
• Educate customers as well as other team members with product knowledge and solutions.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Required Experience and Skills:


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the industry in production print.
• Demonstrate teamwork behavior.
• Customer focused and concerned about the customers' needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft suites, in particular Excel.
• Excellent presentation, written and spoken communication skills in English are essential to this position.
• Demands technical aptitude and desire to learn evolving skills.
• Must have valid driver license, auto-insurance coverage and good driving history.


Desired Experience and Skills:


• Experience in the printingcopier industry
• Proven and successful track record in B2B sales.
