QBSI has partnered with the Fosters School of Business to provide an internship program that prepares students that are interested in Business-to-Business Sales to transfer the academic knowledge gained in the classroom into the workforce. Throughout the Sales Internship Program, Associate Sales Representative Interns will work closely with our Director of Learning & Development, Sales Managers, and experienced Sales Consultants, to build a foundation of the Corporate Sales Process and develop professional skillsets that they can use throughout their career.

  • Confident and professional, people-person who loves to listen and solve problems.
  • Maintains a positive energy and enjoys connecting with lots of people to form trusted valuable relationships within all levels in an organization.
  • Someone that believes hard work should be financially rewarded and wants an opportunity to significantly increase your earnings (as in, 6 figures earnings).

What to expect as an Associate Sales Representative Intern at QBSI:

  • Generate new leads by connecting with businesses directly, on the phone or in-person.
  • Corporate Business Process. Record daily account activity with CRM, report current activity levels, prepare/ present business proposals, closing techniques, etc.
  • Building Client Base. Research industry's pain points, gather data, use consultative methods to uncover potential business opportunities and retain cliental.


Internship Availability:                 Fall, Winter, Spring, & Summer.


Spring 2017 Sales Internship Program Details


Start Date: Monday, March 27th Friday, June 2nd 2017.

Duration: 90 day Internship Program, ongoing TBD with successful candidate.

Hours: Part-time, approximately 15 20 hours per week (weekdays 7:30 am 5:30 pm).

Base Location: QBSI Headquarters, Bellevue, WA

Compensation: $11.00 per hour, + 25% of commission payout for all qualified leads provided.


  • Current student or recent college graduate.
  • Reliable form of transportation.
  • Completing a Pre-Employment Background Report (Background check, drug test, and Motor Vehicle Record).
