What to expect as a Field Service Technician:

  • Supports our customers onsite to resolve any hardware malfunctions in a time sensitive manner.
  • Punctual and professional, has excellent time management skills and provides customers with estimated time of arrival if unable to make appointment.
  • Maintains a broad perspective, such as being able to identify key issues and contribute ideas to process improvements.
  • Works independently as well as collaborates internally and externally to put the customer's needs first.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to our clients and is our company ambassador on the ground!
